Refund Policy

This policy explains how Rapidago LLC handles subscription cancellations, billing adjustments, and refund requests for Rapidmo.

Digital Service Policy

Rapidmo provides digital software and related services. Access to paid features may begin immediately after purchase, so refunds are limited to the situations described below.

Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and your paid access generally continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in your order.

Refund Eligibility

  • Duplicate charges
  • Incorrect billing caused by a verified technical issue
  • Failure to provide access to the purchased service due to a confirmed platform-side error
  • Other exceptional cases approved by Rapidago LLC at its reasonable discretion

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Partial use of a billing cycle
  • Failure to cancel before an automatic renewal date
  • Issues caused by customer environment, third-party tools, or misuse of the service
  • Custom setup, implementation, consulting, or one-time service work once work has started

Request Window and Processing

Refund requests should be submitted within 7 calendar days of the charge date by emailing contact@rapidago.com with your account details and payment reference.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
